License & usage

Each design page shows one of two licenses. When in doubt, the license on the design page applies.

Personal & small business (most designs)

• Use the design for personal projects, gifts, classrooms and events.
• Sell physical items you make with it, such as shirts, signs, mugs, cards and decor, up to 500 items per design.
• Use it in printed products you sell, as long as the design is part of a finished item.

Personal use

• Use the design for your own projects, gifts, classrooms and events.
• Contact us before using it on anything you sell.

Not allowed under either license

• Sharing, reselling or giving away the digital files themselves, edited or not.
• Uploading the files to another download site, marketplace or print-on-demand library.
• Using the designs in a logo or trademark.

You don’t need to credit Makerloom, but we always love a link back or a tag when you share what you made.
